The Caledonian New Southlands Hotel

The reason we liked it was superb staff and rooms. The breakfast with plenty of choice was served in the lounge area.

Everything was perfect, it had very good food and drinks. We ate in the lovely restaurant on the ground floor which was fairly priced. The bathroom was clean, it was nice to have a bath.

Wonderful staff and rooms, comfortable atmosphere. Speedy check-in and attention to detail from personnel with usual cortoous manner.

Warm room with exceptionally comfortable bed, adequate breakfast with lots of lovely food.

Hip new hotel located in a great area near to the sea, the beach and South Bay.

Everything was excellent, polite staff, lovely views over the sea. The hotel had a central location and it was just walking distance from Holbeck Putting Green. The breakfast was delicious and tasty, fairly priced, loved this place.

Perfect view, good pool, airy rooms. The breakfast was awesome, featured lots of meals. The location was top, short walk to town centre, north and Ramshill shops. Had no problem using their safe parking, the internet was free.

i enjoyed to be here, everything was perfectly fine. staff were exceptional, it was a bonus. breakfast was fine, lovely bed. it was a local area, a good home base for me. fairly clean place and top notch service.

The reception was good and neat. Staff was brilliant, and requests were handled quickly.

The stay at this little hotel was a really enjoyable one. The venue was reasonably clean & big size. Fab location at a medium distance from scarborough art gallery. I got free upgrade and loved it. Exceptional service throughout my stay.

Room was very clean with comfy beds, helpful staff. Spent a nice evening at El Gringo's, located really close to the venue. We had the most good few days there.

This hotel was situated right by tourist destinations like peasholm park. Located 200 metres from the property, Coffee Cup was a good choice to eat. In love with new southlands...
